Cancellation policy

You can cancel your reservation up to 48 hours in advance without any charge.

You can make changes to your cleaning up to 48 hours in advance at no charge.

You can cancel your cleaning service from your customer account, or you can reach us by email or phone so we can do it for you.

If you cancel after 48 hours but before 24 hours, you will be charged CHF 41 (the price of one hour of cleaning).

If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged for the full service.
