If our agent did not show up at your home on the agreed date and time, please contact us as soon as possible in order to find a compensation solution.
Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. That's why we offer a guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your in-home cleaning, simply call us within 48 hours of your cleaning and we will return to re-clean the areas you are not happy with, at no cost to you.
Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds once the cleaners have started.
Our agents will always do a walk-through of the cleaning location to adjust the price if the selected hours do not seem to be sufficient.
This will of course ONLY be done with your consent.
If the agents did not notify us at the time of the tour and the cleanup was not completed within the allotted time, please let us know so that we can work something out.
