We are not an employment agency or an intermediary and we do our best to guarantee our employees a stable and guaranteed job. This way, they are under our protection in case of problems, unlike an employment agency.

Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. That's why we offer a guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your in-home cleaning, simply contact us within 48 hours of your cleaning and we will return to re-clean the areas you are not happy with, at no cost to you.

Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds once the cleaners have started.
